SCA-nner does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact details.

What We Store

When you submit a report, we record only the structured data you selected: your GP practice (by NHS ODS code), your diagnosis pathway, the SCA outcome, and approximate wait time. No free-text is collected.

We utilise advanced, non-identifiable cryptographic validation to ensure data integrity and prevent automated abuse. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in a readable format. Our system is architected as a 'Zero-Knowledge' vault; data points are aggregated anonymously, ensuring that reports cannot be linked back to individual users.

Duplicate Prevention

To maintain statistical integrity, the system enforces a six-month window during which a single individual may submit one report. This check is performed using a derived, non-reversible token. Once the check passes, the token cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct any personal data.

Cookies & Tracking

SCA-nner does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixel tags. Map tiles are loaded from CARTO's CDN; their privacy policy applies to those requests.

Data Retention

Aggregated submission data is retained indefinitely to preserve the statistical record. Derived validation tokens are automatically purged after six months. No personal data is retained beyond that window.

Your Rights

Because reports are submitted anonymously and cannot be attributed to an individual, it is not possible to locate, export, or delete a specific person's submission. If you have a concern about how this service handles data, contact us via the Contact page.
